Application Process/Application Support Packet
Parent/Guardian must complete and submit the application along with the one-time non-refundable $100.00 per student application fee.
All documents requested in the Application Support Packet must be completed and submitted prior to the application reaching the acceptance/non-acceptance stage of the process.
Acceptance Letter/Enrollment Process
Once the completed application has been reviewed a decision letter of acceptance or non-acceptance will be sent to the applicant. Upon acceptance, the applicant will be enrolled in the school and scheduled classes.
Re-Enrollment
Prior to March 1st of the current academic year Re-enrollment is complete upon:
- Parent’s or Guardian’s submission of the signed re-enrollment form;
- Parent’s or Guardian’s submission of the $100 nonrefundable re-enrollment fee; and
- Parent’s or Guardian’s submission of any outstanding balance owing to ALCS.
After March 1st of the current academic year Re-enrollment is complete upon:
- Parent’s or Guardian’s submission of the signed re-enrollment form;
- Parent’s or Guardian’s submission of the $150 nonrefundable late re-enrollment fee; and
- Parent’s or Guardian’s submission of any outstanding balance owing to ALCS.
The Administration may deny re-enrollment at its discretion, or for specific academic and/or disciplinary reasons, or if the administration determines that the needs of the student cannot be met by existing programs, or lack of Christian commitment, lifestyle choices, or lack of student/family willingness to abide by ALCS Christian values and policies.
